Food Loyalty was originally conceived as a custom eCommerce platform for restaurant search, online food ordering and table reservations. The system was supposed to unite users, restaurant owners and delivery service, providing an intuitive search for establishments and a seamless ordering process.

During the development process, it became obvious that traditional methods of cataloging restaurants and menus do not allow users to quickly find relevant options. To solve this problem, it was decided to integrate AI-Driven Features, which allowed for automated search, personalized recommendations and improved user experience.
